	Erik von Schenck, born 1956 Chairman for Airsonett ORI AB. Erik von Schenck has many years’ experience from working in the Medical Device and Life Science industry; most recently he joined Physio-Control as Vice President of CPR Products in 2011 following the acquisition of Jolife AB. He had served as CEO at Jolife AB for over six years. Previously, Erik was the CEO of Jostra AB, and managed its integration into Getinge AB when the company was acquired. Before this he held several leading positions within Gambro AB. Erik is also active as board member of the Medical Device companies Xvivo AB, Sensodetect AB and Captera Medtech AB.

	Stefan Olofsson, Born 1968 Deputy Board Member Stefan works as Investment Manager at SEB Venture Capital in Malmö with both Swedish and Danish companies. Stefan has been with the SEB Group since 1987, holding a number of positions. Before joining SEB Venture Capital in 2001, he worked as account manager with corporate clients at SEB.
